1. 30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your package. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags and packaging intact.

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

2. Return Process

1. Email service@fshaitang.com with your Order ID, photo/video evidence of the product, and reason for return.

2. Once authorized, our team will provide you with specific return shipping instructions and warehouse destination address.

   (Please do not send packages back to our administrative office address without prior authorization).

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is broken, defective, or incorrect, please contact service@fshaitang.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence. We will arrange an immediate replacement or a 100% full refund at no additional cost to you.

4. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
